Lobbytrack Announces Slack Integration for Real-Time Visitor Notifications

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – Oct 5, 2024 – Lobbytrack, the cloud-based visitor management platform from Jolly Technologies, now integrates with Slack—enabling seamless real-time visitor notifications for modern workplaces.
With this new integration, Lobbytrack can automatically send Slack alerts to relevant staff members when key visitor events occur, such as visit scheduling, sign-ins, sign-outs, and failed check-ins. These updates can now be delivered via Slack in addition to existing options like email, SMS, Microsoft Teams, and calendar invites.
The Slack integration streamlines internal communication by bringing visitor alerts directly into the channels teams already use. Receptionists and hosts can stay updated without switching platforms or checking inboxes, improving response times and reducing missed or delayed guest interactions.
Slack notifications can be configured for different types of events and tailored to specific staff or teams. For instance, hosts can receive a Slack message as soon as their guest arrives, while reception teams can be alerted to failed sign-in attempts or expected visitors for the day.
