This feature enables reception staff to efficiently manage and call walk-in guests in the order they arrive. Visitors are automatically added to a digital queue during the check-in process, and receptionists can call them forward with a single click. The system also displays real-time wait time estimates - helping to reduce uncertainty and improve the visitor experience.
Visitors can join the queue by scanning a QR code at the reception kiosk or by being added manually by front-desk staff. Once checked in, they receive estimated wait times on-screen or via text message. This helps eliminate physical crowding in reception areas and allows guests to wait more comfortably, either onsite or nearby.
The queue interface provides a clear overview for receptionists to manage visitor flow. Staff can call visitors forward in order, skip a visitor if needed, and mark them as no-shows. Hosts are notified instantly when their guests are ready to be seen, keeping the check-in process smooth and connected.
