We are looking for a Sales and Customer Services Manager with a proven track record of leading, coaching, and managing a team of product consultants, sales representatives, technical support specialists, and account managers for our cloud, SaaS, and mobile applications.

Responsibilities
- Supervise sales engineers responsible for product demos, training, and initial customer setup
- Ensure all product demos are delivered professionally, accurately, and on schedule
- Oversee inbound pre-sales support calls and emails to ensure timely and effective responses
- Monitor sales calls to ensure professionalism and alignment with company standards
- Review and coordinate responses to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring completeness and on-time submission
- Facilitate regular feedback from the sales team to the product team to drive improvements
- Recruit, interview, and onboard additional sales and support staff as needed
- Track team performance to ensure achievement of sales objectives and targets
- Motivate and guide the team to exceed monthly and quarterly goals

Requirements
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and evaluate performance of sales and support teams
- 5+ years of experience in managing pre-sales and post-sales operations for SaaS or cloud-based products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (phone, video, and written)
- Strong understanding of B2B customer relationship management and account retention
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and drive process improvements
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain software products (Windows, Web, Mobile platforms)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Solid references from previous managers or supervisors

Compensation
$90,000 - $140,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
