Our products include Eventleaf and Lobbytrack, enterprise SaaS platforms used by organizations with demanding business and operational requirements.

We are looking for an articulate, technically comfortable person who can learn sophisticated SaaS products quickly and explain them clearly to business customers. The primary responsibility is to conduct online product demonstrations for prospective customers, understand their requirements, and show how our products can meet those requirements.

This is a Work-from-Home contract position.

Responsibilities
- Conduct online demonstrations of Eventleaf and Lobbytrack for prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and demonstrate relevant product capabilities
- Answer product questions from prospective and existing customers by email and during calls
- Provide initial product guidance and setup assistance when appropriate
- Document product issues and communicate them to the appropriate internal team
- Work closely with sales and product teams to help customers understand our software

Requirements
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable demonstrating software to business and enterprise customers over Zoom
- Able to understand customer requirements and explain software capabilities clearly
- Technically comfortable and able to learn complex SaaS applications quickly
- Strong written communication skills for customer correspondence
- Professional, organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, software training, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred
- Strong references from previous managers/supervisors

Important
This is a product-focused customer-facing position, not a software engineering or solutions architecture role. You do not need to be a programmer or database administrator. We are looking for someone who can learn our products, communicate confidently with business customers, and give effective software demonstrations.

Compensation
$40 - $60 per hour (commensurate with experience)
