We are seeking an Account Manager with strong relationship-building skills and experience growing revenue for cloud, SaaS, or mobile solutions.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary account contact for prospects and customers
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and demo requests for SaaS products
- Coordinate initial and follow-up product demos with Sales Engineers
- Prepare quotes and assist with renewals and upgrades
- Identify and pursue expansion, cross-sell, and referral opportunities
- Facilitate customer access to technical and product support resources
- Nurture warm leads and maintain strong long-term account relationships

Requirements
- Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Experience managing and growing B2B SaaS accounts at director, VP, and executive levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Demonstrated success supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong references from former managers or supervisors

Compensation
$60,000 - $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
