Access Control System Integration
Lobbytrack can integrate with access control systems, such as S2, to activate an access control card when the visitor arrives and deactivate it when the visitor departs or at a specific time.
Issue Access Cards On Sign In
Issue pre-programmed access cards when visitors sign in via Lobbytrack visitor management system. Assigned card number can be recorded on sign in and pushed to the access control system. Access level for visitors can be preset in Lobbytrack visitor management portal settings.
Auto-Deactivate Card On Sign In
Automatically deactivate card when visitor signs out via Lobbytrack visitor management system or after certain number of hours. Automatic deactivation settings can be set in Lobbytrack visitor management portal settings.
