Check in attendees to your event and sessions at the front doors with the help of this mobile application. Lookup registrants inside the app, or choose to scan their confirmation email barcode using the device's camera to find them even faster. One-button check in has never been easier.

Print Badges

Enable this option in the app's settings to connect to wireless printers and print event name badges right at check-in. Don't spend time looking for pre-printed badges at the door, print them as part of your check-in process. Badges can be designed in advance with logo, attendee information, QR code, etc. using web-based Eventleaf online event management platform.

Collect Payments

Have attendees paying on-site? No problem! Collect credit card info for an attendee or record alternative means of payment if you allow checks or cash. A detailed report on who paid via credit card can be viewed on Eventleaf online event management portal.

Choose A Language

Select one of several supported languages so your attendees can check in in their native language.

Eventleaf Check In App is available in English, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Thai and Turkish.
